Leading Gymnastics School in Jamaica
We take pride in being a leading gymnastics school for the country of Jamaica since 2008! We have provided first home-grown gymnasts to 2015 & 2017 world championships, first home-grown gymnast to receive full college scholarship in the US, many senior and junior national gymnasts for the country of Jamaica.
Our program is created by Japanese coach, Mr. Shin Nishida (CEO/Managing Director of Nishida’s Gymnastics), who was a former elite level gymnast. The combination of the grading & competition in our gymnastics program leads your child to achieve their goal one level at a time and will keep challenging the kids for their own best!
Currently, almost 1,000 kids enjoy Gymnastics with Nishida’s in St.Andrew, Clarendon and Manchester!!

The brain develops its full capacity by age 10-12, so it’s critical that we as parents to give full support for early childhood brain development for their future benefits.
Gymnastics is known as the best cross training sport and also one of the best kids activities for it. Get your child involved and enjoy how your child learns fantastic skills while developing their physical and mental ability lead by their brain development!

Community Gymnastics Program
What we do for the community
Coach Nishida started his scholarship program with children from Grants Pen area in 2006.
Now two of these children are elite gymnasts, one competed at 2017 World Championships representing Jamaica are still working for their Olympic dream while working as our instructor!
We provide free gymnastics program for children at Shortwood Primary, and hoping to continue scholarship program with selected children from the school. We also provide free/least cost classes for less fortunate children at several communites such as Parade Garden community, down town Kingston.
We try our best to provide educational opportunity and make an impact on their early childhood development and healthy life style.
SPOTLIGHT: Jamilia's Journey to US college!
We are glad to announce that we have had Jamaica’s first gymnast who received full scholarship from the university in the US, Talladega College! We are proud to be her home gym, and wish her best of luck for her new career!

Gymnastics taught me so many things, self-discipline, patience, not to never give and ‘things seems like impossible can be achieved by making effort’…To help our children to learn these life lessons is the reason that we do our gymnastics school!
We hold commitment to ensuring that we will do our best to make gymnastics meaningful to children. We hope that the experiences that our gymnasts gained through gymnastics will become an important factor of the development for their life. Just like it did to me!

We provide gymnastics demonstrations to add a little more excitement to your event!!
The team of our trained coaches and gymnasts will flip and twist and will make a blast!!
We have been performing for all kinds of sports events / competitions, wellness events, sports day, fun day events etc! Just call us for one. It’s FREE!!
Birthday Parties
We host gymnastics style birthday party!! It is a fun and exciting 2 hours party, where kids can play in the gym under our instructors supervise!
We will provide one gift for birthday child (small token/birthday card), Gymnastics games, chairs, demonstrations done by coaches (if applicable), tables and security person at the parking lot/entrance.
We ask the family to provide the birthday cake, party ware, food and drinks, party music, decoration etc. The fee starts from 18,000, depending on the numbers of kids participates.

Are you interested in working as gymnastics coach? We are looking for candidate coaches for Kingston, Clarendon and Manchester!
If you are enthusiastic to work with children, love physical activities, dedicated to acheive the goals, it is a great job opportunity for you! Not to worry even if you have No gymnastics back ground. We will provide coaching training for you to know what and how to teach, and you will be working with senior instructors for first few months.
