The NGR Stars program is open to any gymnasts who are working for NGR Lv 3 and up or to the selected gymnasts who received recommendation / invitation from our coaches.

Training runs for 2 hours and it’s a great opportunity for the gymnasts to get better faster and go for more skills.

Coaches may raise the bar on what’s expected in relation to attentiveness and discipline for the students in this class and this is meant to be a transitional period a bridging of the gap coming from recreational program going into competitive level training.
